ANNOUNCEMENTS

SUMMER HOURS 2010:
The main office will be open from 8AM to 4 PM Monday through Thursday. The building will be closed every Friday starting July 2nd to August 13th. 

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2010!
Our experts in the TV/AV department are currently editing the Graduation video.  Upon completion, we will post the information regarding the air times and dates so you can set your VCR/DVD to tape your copy.  Check back in a few weeks for the information.

WORKING PAPERS:
Most students who work for pay are required by New Jersey State Law to have working papers.  The applications for working papers may be secured in the Main Office.

There are four sections:
The first section must be completed by the student;
The second section must be completed by the employer AND signed by your parent or guardian;
The third section must be completed and signed by your physician.

After the those 3 sections are completed, you must return the form with a copy of your birth certificate to Mrs. Ford in the main office for completion of the final two sections.

CLASS OF 2011 SENIOR PORTRAIT DATES ANNOUNCED*

FIRST PORTRAIT SESSION: July 26 TO 29, 2010
LOCATION: Auditorium.
You will receive your appointment letter in the mail directly from Herff Jones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM GUIDANCE*

The final newsletter for this school year will be posted on the Guidance Department website as well as emailed through the parent email groups. Please review this newsletter as it holds important end of the year information and summer information. Beginning next year, our newsletter will be fully electronic rather than coming home in the progress reports. If you have not already joined a parent email group or checked out our website, now is the time.

ATTENTION PARENTS OF INCOMING 7TH GRADERS:

The 7th grade orientation has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 25, 2010. This will give your child the opportunity to meet their classmates, tour the school while following their schedule, test a locker with a combination and enjoy lunch in the cafeteria.

Bus pick up time is 9:30 A.M. with lunch at noon and departure at approximately 1:00PM.

We hope this advanced notice helps in planning your vacation! Look for the letter with all the details in August.

CREDIT COMPLETION

Due to the 4th of July holiday and the building being closed on Fridays during July, here are the dates for 10 days Credit Completion:
Monday, June 28 = Day 1
Tuesday, June 29 = Day 2
Wednesday, June 30 = Day 3
Thursday, July 1 = Day 4
FRIDAY, CLOSED July 2
MONDAY, CLOSED July 5 for holiday
Tuesday, July 6 = Day 5
Wednesday, July 7 = Day 6
Thursday, July 8 = Day 7
FRIDAY, CLOSED July 9
Monday, July 12 = Day 8
Tuesday, July 13 = Day 9
Wednesday, July 14 = Day 10
